Dr. Woods earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine and her Master of Science (MS) degree in reproductive physiology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is a Diplomate of the American College of Theriogenologists (DACT).

Dr. Woods offers canine semen collection and evaluation, transported cooled semen, frozen semen processing and storage, surgical inseminations for cooled or frozen canine semen, progesterone monitoring for bitches and pregnancy diagnosis using diagnostic ultrasound. The Canadian Kennel Club has approved this canine semen freezing and storage center.

Dr. Dana Bleifer of C.L.O.N.E. West has kindly allowed Dr. Woods to use the semen freezing and storage contract that Dr. Bleifer created in an effort to standardize the contracts in the industry. Only slight revision by a Canadian lawyer was required to satisfy Canadian laws. A copy of the contract is attached.
